A pre-let brochure and website promoting an office building on Uxbridge Road, Ealing. The brief from commercial property specialist Montagu Evans was to highlight the building’s ergonomic, light-filled floor plates and Grade A interior specification. To meet this brief the building was promoted as bringing ‘West End quality to west London’. Ealing Cross is now a thriving, fully-let building which is recognized as being one of the trailblazers for rapidly regenerating Ealing’s status as a new business destination.
